We are thankful to you!

It is that time of the year again to be thankful for everything...
We are very thankful to you for the opportunity to provide you with our travel services to Cuba. The people of Cuba also thanks you for coming to visit the island. For seeing us for who we are. For being so giving, for enjoying our music, our food, and our culture!

We know that it has been difficult this year to get to visit the island, but we have cherished every moment we had with you on our homes becoming part of our lives. We are hopeful, and very soon things will change, and more of you will be able to visit us, and we will be here waiting to entertain you to share with you our beautiful country. The CUBAN PEOPLE, thank you!

I just had the opportunity to visit the Cuban Embassy for a seminar about traveling to Cuba with the Cuban Ambassador José R. Cabanas, attorneys Lonnie Pera (KMZ Zuckert LLC), Robert Muse (Muse Law Offices), and Michael Krinsky (Rabinowitz, Boudin, Standard, Krinsky & Lieberman, P.C). Also, representatives of two travel agencies Tom popper (Insight Cuba) and Mildred Diaz (Invicta Group), where they talked about all the different ways that YOU CAN travel to Cuba. Of course, we are up to date on the subject, but it was vital for me to be there.

In the last three years, 2.2 million passengers traveled to Cuba from the United States who were able to go to the island under the 12 different categories or general licenses, but the number of travelers declined because of the latest regulations to visit the island nation. Do not feel discouraged, you can still travel to Cuba. There are four general licenses through which the general public can go to Cuba.
  1. Support for the Cuban people, which is the same as “People to People” substantial level of activity in the private sector of Cuba: private tours, private restaurants, Salsa lessons, etc.
  2. Professional research: work, area of expertise, professional meeting, conferences, or conventions. This category allows spouses to travel together with children.
  3. Colleges and universities can still send people to Cuba. They have to make sure they don’t run off to the beach and have a full schedule. They can study or a semester in Havana but are not able to pursue a diploma.
  4. Public performances: clinics, music, etc.
As you know, there is a restricted list of hotels and companies in the travel industry in Cuba that you are not allowed to stay or visit and no direct financial transactions with those institutions, but there are a lot of other hotels where you can stay. Call us, and we can take care of you!
