We have expanded our services to other destinations and partnered with suppliers worldwide to offer you the best experience for your Adventure. To get started, first, we will discuss your travel needs over an initial consultation. We work with you on creating Luxury Adventures for Caribbean destinations, Ocean and River Cruises, and customized itineraries. We have amazing partnerships with Cruise lines, Luxury Hotels, and Tour Operators to bring the utmost exclusive Adventure to our clients. We do not work for them. We are independent and here for you to make your Dream Adventure a success and create joyful memories. ​​

As a professional travel consultant, I offer concierge services that help you easily plan and execute your dream vacation. With my expertise and network of resources, I can add significant value to your travel experience, creating a custom itinerary that fits your unique destination and budget preferences. 

Our comprehensive range of services includes planning and booking airfare, accommodation, transfers, cruises, tours, and activities for your trip. We also guide currency, customs, culture, and advice on entry requirements and visas, ensuring you get everything and be prepared for your trip. 

In addition, we offer restaurant reservations, research, document preparation, group coordination, and pre-departure confirmations to partners. We also provide support during travel via text, email, app, or phone, ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable throughout your journey. By hiring me as your travel advisor, you'll invest in your vacation wisely, allowing you to enjoy your precious time with your family or friends worry-free. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise at your disposal, I can create an itinerary that maximizes your travel experience.

Our Adventure Planning Process

​If we haven't already had a quick 15-minute video or phone chat, this is where we listen to your ideas and travel goals.

Contract

You can choose the planning package that suits you best, sign our simple contract, and schedule your official planning meeting.

Meeting

This 60-90 minute virtual meeting will kick off the planning process. We will ask you several questions aimed at getting to know your travel preferences & style.

Research

We will present you with a full itinerary containing travel, activities, and accommodation options. Request any minor adjustments before we lock in your trip itinerary.

While Away

We will only ever be an email, text, or call away if you need us. In the event that you need to activate your emergency support plan, we will be on standby and ready to help.

Customized Itineraries

Don't know where what, and when is your next getaway and need expert help to decide? No worries, we will do our best to find your dream vacation, but first, we need to learn about you. Click here to schedule your consultation, and then to get started, a non-refundable $500 Plan to Go fee must be paid right after our call. The trip fee includes research, planning, and quote preparation. We leverage our global network of preferred suppliers and professional expertise to design a trip to exceed your expectations. Once pleased with the itinerary, we confirm and service all trip components, including flights, accommodations, transfers, guided tours, and activities. We also offer recommendations for unique experiences, theater tickets, restaurants, local attractions, and more.

River Sailings and Ocean Cruises

New to sailing or already have but need guidance? We are here to help. We have partnered with Regent Seven Seas, Virgin Voyages, Norwegian, and AmaWaterways to provide you with Luxury, Romantic, or Family sailings to help you create memories of a lifetime. As part of Signature Travel Network, we have access to a Luxury hotel collection for your pre and post sailings.
​Planning fee starts at $549 and it varies depending on the length of your trip and destination.

Resorts and Luxury Hotel Collection

Sheyla Adventure Travel, LLC ™ will charge a planning fee of $150 for single occupancy and $250 for a couple.
​The group planning fee will vary depending on the party's number of people. Contact us for our white globe family/group services. Clients will benefit from additional Signature Travel Network amenities, surprises, and upgrades.

Group Travel

Should you book one of our fabulous tours to Cuba, the professional fee is already included in the package price. Traveling to another destination with a group of travelers (family reunions, multi-generational travel, incentive groups, etc.) starting with a minimum of 4 rooms or cabins, the planning fee for travelers booking groups in cruises, land group tours, or escorted group tours is $249 per traveler.

Airline Tickets

No matter where you are flying to, should you need our expertise in finding you the flight that meets your needs, we'd be happy to serve you. We access all public fares available online in addition to accessing non-public fares on select international first/business class routes as well as private charters.

• Booking fee is $85 for domestic tickets
• Booking fee is $150 for international ticket
• Booking fee for private charter is $1,549

Travel Insurance

For peace of mind during your dream adventures or getaways, we highly advise all travelers to invest in travel insurance before embarking on their journey. We offer complimentary insurance quotes, so there's no charge for exploring your options. Simply utilize the tool on the left to request a quote. Remember to prioritize requesting an insurance quote as part of your vacation planning process to ensure comprehensive coverage throughout your travels.

Cancellation and Change Fees

 We know that plans can change, and we understand how frustrating that must be, but we work hard for you and know that we are here for you no matter what, so you must understand our cancellation fees and changes to your plan's fee. These fees are in addition to any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other vendors as outlined in their terms and conditions. Sheyla Adventure Travel, LLC will charge no additional fees on travel canceled by the vendor.​

• Customized itineraries: $399 cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file should the trip be canceled by the client for any reason.
• Tours Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: $250.00.
• Tours Cancelled within three weeks prior departure are NONREFUNDABLE!
• Hotels & Resorts: $150 per room reserved. 
• Cruise: $350 cancellation fee per cruise reservation.
• Flights: Any reissued tickets will require an $89 (domestic) and $199 (international) ticket reissue or exchange fee and any supplier-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions.
• Last minute change fees: $499 change fee should there be last minute trip changes within five days of departure.​​

Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after the initial consultation. Additional airline & travel management fees may apply, depending on the trip.
​All fees are non-refundable once paid. All credit card transactions are subject to processing fees.
