Happy and Healthy New Year!

May this year be a time to recuperate lost time and revenge travel the world!

I hope that you took the opportunity to CELEBRATE YOU last night. To celebrate that you made it through a chaotic 2020 and made plans for taking this brand new year by the horns and full steam ahead. Of course, we still have to continue taking care of ourselves with the sanitary precautions until we all received the vaccine and can move to brighter days that I know is around the corner for all of us.

To start this day, Cuba decided to stop flight coming into the island as off TODAY, January 1, 2021 from the USA, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Why? You may ask... well, that's because after a couple of months having the pandemic under control in the island, once the tourism reopened for international travel, more cases came into the country and the only way to control it is by closing the borders. I do not know how long it will be this time when they decide to reopen for international flights. I will keep you posted for sure. In the meantime, take a moment to check out the tour page and let's start planning your trip so we'll be ready to go once the country reopens. Also, we have added a brand new feature to our website, a Travel Store. You can select items according to your destination and see what to pack for your getaway, purchase it and be on your way to your adventure.

About Sheyla Paz
​Sheyla was born and raised in Cuba. Moved to the United States 20 years ago after meeting her husband at her beloved island when she was performing with a band at the Riviera Hotel in Havana. She is a Journalist, Actress, Producer, and  Photographer with a passion for travel. Sheyla launched the tour agency to Cuba out of her desire to share her culture, music, dance, and the architecture of her homeland with others. Her agency provides travel arrangements to all Latin countries and Caribbean islands. She has several award wining short films and was recognized as a leading media personality in the Latino community in Tennessee with the award “Beacon of Light” in 2019. Sheyla was one of the few Cuban-American journalists selected to travel to Cuba with President Barack Obama in 2016 as part of the White House Press Corp.
