One of the best experiences I had in Europe was onboard of AmaVerde river cruise by Amawaterways. The staterooms are beautiful, with double balconies, comfortable beds, incredible staff, and delicious food. Without counting all the gorgeous scenery as you cruise down the river. Is a river cruise on your bucket list? This might be a great way to move through the countries and immerse yourselves in the local culture.

I was anxious while sitting on the plane, getting ready to depart from Fort Lauderdale to Havana. Not sure what would be the process of getting through customs and the luggage procedures.
