We began in 2016 by offering escorted tours to Cuba, and since then, we’ve expanded globally—partnering with top-tier cruise lines, luxury hotels, and tour operators to bring you exceptional adventures. Whether you’re dreaming of a Caribbean escape, an ocean or river cruise, or a fully customized itinerary, we use our insider knowledge and worldwide connections to craft a seamless, one-of-a-kind experience.

As an independent travel advisor, I don’t work for travel suppliers—I work for you. My goal is to turn your dream trip into a reality and ensure every moment brings joy and discovery.

Planning fees for luxury travel start at $349 and are based on the complexity of your trip. This fee is non-refundable and payable after our initial consultation.

CONCIERGE TRAVEL SERVICES

As a professional travel advisor, I specialize in crafting seamless, personalized vacations that reflect your unique preferences, interests, and budget. From flights and accommodations to tours, transfers, and unique experiences, I manage every detail of your itinerary. I also provide guidance on destination culture, currency, customs, visa requirements, and travel insurance—ensuring you’re fully prepared before you go.

For added peace of mind, I offer dining recommendations and reservations, group coordination, document preparation, and pre-departure confirmations with all travel partners. During your trip, I remain just a call, text, or message away should you need support.

Concierge Planning Fee: Starting at $150.
This fee is payable after your initial consultation and reflects the time, care, and customization I bring to your travel experience.

CUBA GROUP EDUCATIONAL TOURS
$249.00 per person

When you book one of our unforgettable tours to Cuba, the professional planning fee is already included in your package price—no additional fee required.
For other group travel experiences—such as family reunions, multi-generational vacations, or incentive trips—with a minimum of 4 rooms or cruise cabins, a non-refundable planning fee of per traveler applies. This covers the time, coordination, and personalized service involved in crafting seamless cruise, land, or escorted group tours tailored to your group’s needs.

Romance & Honeymoon
$449 per couple

Your love story deserves a getaway that’s just as unforgettable. Whether you’re envisioning a dreamy honeymoon on a tropical beach, a chic city escape, or a once-in-a-lifetime romantic adventure, I design tailor-made experiences filled with meaningful moments and seamless details. From luxury accommodations to those extra-special touches that make all the difference, I handle everything—so you can simply enjoy each other.

AIRLINE TICKETING SERVICES

Wherever you’re headed, we’re here to help you find the flights that best match your schedule, preferences, and travel needs. In addition to public fares available online, we have access to select unpublished rates on international first and business class routes, as well as private charter options for those seeking a more exclusive experience.

We also specialize in complex itineraries—including multi-city routes and group bookings—to ensure smooth connections and the best value for your travel plans.

Booking Fees:
✈️ Domestic Tickets – $85 per person
🌍 International Tickets – $149 per person
🛩️ Private Charters – $1,549 per itinerary

Cancellations & Change FEES

We understand that plans can change. Please know that our planning fees cover the time and expertise invested in your trip and are non-refundable. These fees are separate from any penalties charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators as outlined in their terms.

Our Change & Cancellation Fees:

Custom Itineraries: $399 if canceled by client
Tours: $249 cancellation/reschedule fee

Tours canceled within 3 weeks of departure are non-refundable

Hotels & Resorts: $149 per room
Cruises: $349 per reservation

Flights:

$49 (domestic) / $179 (international) for ticket reissue or exchange - Plus any airline penalties
Last-Minute Changes (within 5 days of departure): $199

Additional fees may apply for complex or custom trips. All credit card transactions are subject to processing fees.
