Overcoming a Bumpy Start
Even the best adventures can start with a bit of drama! One client misplaced his passport, which meant missing the original flight. Thankfully, with quick thinking, we rebooked him for the next day, and I personally picked him up in Havana to ensure his trip began smoothly. The rest of the group made it without a hitch and quickly discovered that traveling to Cuba is far easier than most people think! One of my clients even commented, "I can't believe how easy you made this process!"
