In October, I had the incredible opportunity to inspect two different but equally remarkable Viking vessels: the elegant ocean ship Mars and the exploration-focused Viking Octantis. Each ship offered a unique look into the Viking experience, from sophisticated décor and luxurious amenities to adventure and scientific exploration tools. My recent trip to Cuba was unforgettable for many reasons—stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and the welcoming warmth of its people. But Hurricane Helene decided to make things a little more interesting! Despite the weather challenges, we adapted and discovered more of what makes Cuba unique. From rain-soaked Havana tours to sunny countryside adventures, this trip was an incredible testament to the resilience and beauty of the island and its people.
