Last January, I wrapped myself in a heavy coat and stepped into the snowy streets of Quebec City for the first time—and immediately fell in love.
It was cold (yes, very cold!), but the magic of the city warmed me from the inside out. I was invited by the Quebec Tourism Board on a special FAM trip, and what I discovered was a destination made for foodies, culture lovers, and seekers of meaningful experiences.

It’s atmospheric, intimate, and deeply moving. No wonder it’s one of only two restaurants in Canada with two MICHELIN stars.
